By using this website you agree to these terms. Everything on it is general information about D&K Home Solutions and what we do. It is not an offer of housing or a promise to buy any particular property — those only happen once we have actually talked, looked, and agreed in writing.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it is free of mistakes or always available. Its content is provided as-is, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from relying on it or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing here is legal, financial or medical advice. Our sober living homes are housing, not treatment — no detox, medical care, counseling or clinical services — and nothing on this site promises recovery outcomes. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Consent. D&K Home Solutions sends text messages only to people who have given express written consent by entering their mobile number in the chat widget on this website. That is the only place we collect a phone number or consent to text — our contact form is email-only. The widget shows two separate consent boxes, both unchecked. The first reads: “By submitting, you authorize D and K Home Solution to text/call the number above for informational/transactional messages, possibly using automated means. Msg/data rates apply, msg frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See terms and privacy policy. Text HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe.” The second reads: “By submitting, you authorize D and K Home Solution to text/call the number above for promotional messages, possibly using automated means. Msg/data rates apply, msg frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See terms and privacy policy. Text HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe.” Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting housing, an offer on your property, or anything else from us.

What we send. Conversational, one-to-one messages about your inquiry: replies and follow-ups, confirmations and reminders for calls, walkthroughs and appointments you have arranged with us, and delivery of documents you asked for (applications, agreements, offers and closing paperwork). Those are the informational and transactional messages covered by the first checkbox in the chat widget. Only if you also tick the second checkbox may we send occasional promotional messages about our own housing and home-buying services. We never message you on behalf of anyone else.

How often. Varies. Messages are sent in response to your activity, not on a fixed schedule.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. D&K Home Solutions does not charge you for text messages.

Stopping. Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can also call us and ask to be removed.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for our contact details, or call us at (555) 010-0199.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.

Your safety. If a text message arriving on your phone could put you at risk, do not opt in. Call us instead and tell us not to text you — we will only ever call.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
